Davide Esposito
Davide, born and raised in southern Italy, holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Naples Federico II and a master’s degree in Food & Wine Business from Luiss Business School in Rome.
Davide has solid experience in EU-funded projects and agri-food policy and is an expert in dissemination strategies, policy advice and stakeholder engagement. His experience gives him the ability to lead communications activities, manage partnerships, and translate complex policy issues into clear and direct language for dissemination activities.
He also participated as a volunteer for an organization that prepares meals for vulnerable communities in a kitchen that turns supermarket food surpluses into nutritious meals.
Motivated by a strong interest in sustainability and innovation, Davide wants to help making the food system more sustainable and equitable through the promotion of alternative proteins, innovative approaches to food waste, environmental protection policies, and better economic opportunities for food supply chain actors.
