SAFE launches its podcast SAFE bites
29 July 2024
On this podcast we talk about food-related issues important for European consumers.
Every episode will be focused on something relevant for consumers to learn about, like food labelling, how to avoid dangerous substances in what we eat, and more. Each new episode will bring on new speakers and guests to discuss on relevant topics, from NGO reps to EU policymakers.
Our pilot episode, titled “Without information, there is no choice” is moderated by SAFE’s team and features two guests:
- Claire Bury, Deputy Director-General in DG SANTE at the European Commission, overseeing Food sustainability, Food and feed safety, Health and food audits, and Crisis preparedness.
- Floriana Cimmarusti, Secretary General at SAFE.
