The French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) proposed a new assessment method for nanomaterials to assess their risks in supplement ingredients after the recent EFSA scientific assessment on titanium dioxide in food (E171) and the EU ban on that substance.
